Big Sur Bowl
Named for one of California’s most dramatic coastlines, this bowl is a nod to the ruggedness of the forest cliffs as they reach into the tender sky. The two-tone dip creates a horizon line bridging the elements. Rolled in a burlap thatch, the outside texture protects the graceful, curve within.
These sacred bowls make a thoughtful and versatile gift, ready to be filled with the heart’s desire.
These unique porcelain-stoneware pieces come to us from the potter’s studio of Materia Lumina (luminous earth) in Joshua Tree, California. In the studio, medicine woman, Eeefje Theeuws, infuses all of her work with healing energies and spiritual essence. Each simple, clean and organic vessel is hand built, inspired by the gifts of her natural surroundings.
