GENERAL
All Nuraxi products are subject to availability. While every effort is made to display accurate stock information, there may be times where stock is depleted after an order has been purchased.
Due to the hand-made nature of the collections we carry, sometimes re-stocking takes longer than industrial production. If you wish to place an order for one of our out of stock items or have questions about having something custom made please email us at info@nuraxi.com - we are happy to assist you!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Nuraxi orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@nuraxi.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

INTERNATIONAL
For international shipping, please contact us directly at info@nuraxi.com. All international orders are final sale.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. All orders that ship within California are subject to a 9% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your NURAXI purchase, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping charges within 14 days of order receipt. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition to receive refund. Nuraxi reserves the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our pieces with the care they have been made with & deserve.
All returns must be authorized by Nuraxi. Please email us at info@nuraxi.com and include your full name, order number, the specific items you would like to return and the reason for the return. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

QUALITY CONTROL
Nuraxi is committed to carrying hand-crafted & one of a kind products. While all items are closely quality controlled, slight imperfections are normal and add to their hand-made & one-of-a-kind appeal.

PRODUCT CARE
We recommend professional dry cleaning to care for alpaca, llama, cashmere, wool and merino wool.
